It was lovely to read at St Pancras old Church on 24th September on a beautiful autumn day.
This year we included readings from other writers associated with the Churchyard. Mary Wollstonecraft, Mary Shelley ( I was thrilled to read an excerpt from Frankenstein), Thomas Hardy ( The Levelled Churchyard) and Charles Dickens ( from A Tale of Two Cities).
I also read a new poem Fallen about the fallen Hardy tree which is now included in the book.
